Is there a new idea here? A man in Oregon sat in a lawn chair, strapped lots of helium balloons to it and then travelled 193 miles. Sure it’s a nice way to travel (no noise from the engines, no screaming children) but it took him 9 hours to go that far. So maybe not the best way if you’re in a hurry.
