Of course the day after I post about Apple not announcing the street date for Leopard what do they do? They announce it. Not only do they announce it but they put a spiffy countdown on their homepage which appears to be local time for me. So theoretically that means the UK gets it before the US, since it’s a worldwide release and they are 5 hours behind at least.

God I wish I had £79 :(

I think Leopard’s gonna make quite a splash because of all the attention Apple’s been getting from iPhone and iPod customers that know nothing about OS X. They’ll be all “Ooh what’s this Leopard thing? Is it a new gadget? I wants. Gimmez. Now!” And then they will proceed to stamp their feet.

It could happen.
