Spike it!

Since I changed my blog privacy to allow Google to molest it traffic to my blog seems to have skyrocketed. In the entire month of November I had 70 visitors, in the 13 days of December so far I’ve had 100, with 78 of those between today and yesterday. Now how many of those are [...]

Christmas Tree - Part 2

Well we finally got around to decorating the tree last night. It looks pretty good. I put on my Starbucks cups that Frankie got me for Christmas last year as well as the two decorations Ross sent, a kangaroo and a koala bear.

Stressed or depressed?

The last couple days I’ve been feeling a bit rough. I’ve been tired but when I go to bed I end up restless and unable to sleep. I can’t seem to focus on anything or bring myself to do things I know need doing ie. tidying my bedroom, packing, cleaning.
I think it’s mostly to do [...]

Arctic Tale

I went with Paula tonight to a fee “sub-zero*” screening on the new documentary Arctic Tale. It’s by the same people who did March of the Penguins and it was pretty good. Sure there wasn’t any explosions or gunfights but there was cute baby polar bears and arctic foxes. It was sad when the baby [...]

10,000

I scrobbled my 10,000th song last night, that’s since June 3rd, and for a few weeks of that I wasn’t scrobbling because my MacBook went wonky. The 10,000th song? Snow Patrol - Open Your Eyes.
Oh and scrobbling means submitting your songs to your Last.FM profile, it’s a social music site. Like MySpace for music basically.

I was going to get a grey jacket with a pretend hoody underneath which was £25 but I decided not to, I want the shoes from Officers Club more. They just better have them or I’ll be piiiissed.

Christmas Tree

Mum and I went to B&Q today and got out Christmas tree. It’s a 7 foot Nordman, which means it doesn’t drop a lot of needles. We can’t decorate it yet though cos it’s still wet but the fire’s on in the front room so hopefully it’ll dry out quickly. It looks so pathetic without [...]

Soccer Mom’s and their campaign against the world

The world is going to hell. In 50 years there won’t be any humans on this planet, there’ll just be mindless zombies rolling in their own shit. Why? Because we’ll all have become so afraid of not doing what’s “PC” (politically correct) and just stopped doing anything altogether. Our brains will slowly lose their higher [...]

Mortality

Tim’s dad was taken into hospital today after, it seems like anyway, his dental surgery went wrong. He’s having a blood transfusion tonight and then he’s being kept in another day or two for observation.
But it’s made Tim question his parent’s mortality. Mr Buckley turns 70 in March and his Mom is younger I think [...]

Xbox Live Age Match

Over at Kotaku they have an interesting article about how Xbox Live doesn’t match people by age. It’s true that every match you play in there’s always a noisy young kid (used to be me) and it would be great if you could match who you play with by age. Only problem is, I’m 19 [...]
