I cooked tonight, and nobody died. Yet anyway. I made garlic chicken, my new signature dish. You chop up some chicken, some garlic, put the chicken, garlic and butter in a pot or frying pan and cook the lot. Complex stuff huh?! I served it with potato croquettes and buttered noodles with homemade garlic bread as a side. Overall it was pretty tasty, Mum said so too.

I’m making chicken parmesan for Linzi’s birthday dinner on Friday. Hopefully I can remember how, I have the instructions but I want to try it without them so I don’t look like a total n00b every time I cook something.
