It’s less than a week till I go to Seattle now and I’m getting pretty psyched. I can’t wait for my adventure to start.

I finish work on Friday, my last shift is a measly 11-3, and then we’re heading up north in the evening to Inverness for my grandparents 50th Wedding Anniversary party which is on Saturday. We’re heading up on Friday because I’ve been enlisted to help arrange things on Saturday, le joy.

Myself, my mum, Linzi and Callum are staying at Colin & Murd’s so that should be fun. My dad is now apparently going to the party, whether that is because he realized how childish he was being or whether he just wants to make a scene remains to be seen.

On Sunday, the four of us are going out to lunch and then myself, mum and Callum will be heading back down to Glasgow and on Monday mum and I are going to Kelvingrove Art Gallery since I haven’t been there since it reopened and there’s a photography exhibit I wanna see. After that we’re gonna be going out for something to eat.

Monday night will be spent packing and seeing Paula and Sabah since I haven’t seen them in ages. Tuesday morning mum is giving me a lift to the airport where I fly out at 10.50. Exciting times!
